Nice hotel with great amenities like wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness centre. On my first visit, the staff helped me with late check-in, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend it and can't wait to come back for Christmas!

I was impressed with main reception who checked with the other person I was travelling with prior to letting me into my room.He was courteous and professional and it was very reassuring that you pay this level of attention to detail.I had just come from a paintballing session in Cork and was looking a bit worse for wear :-).Staff were very welcoming.

High-class brand-new hotel, panoramic views over the garden at the back and the neighbouring horse menage of the RDS venue. Staff were professional, room was stocked and brand-new. Excellent and unbeatable location in Dublin, short walk to walking distance and bus connection to downtown Dublin as well as restaurants and pubs in that area. Good food in the casual restaurant in the vicinity. Easy check-in, late check-out. Excellent internet, parking on site.

Should you go for it? My answer
Fabulous stay with perfect service. Breakfast was a standout, fresh and diverse, catering even to my kids with hot chocolate! The spacious room offered utmost comfort, including best-in-class bedding and exquisite toiletries. The pool had family hours too! A perfect blend of luxury and convenience. Would definitely return!

It was a comfortable location for us, right by The Intercontinental, Dublin as well as the city centre of Grafton St. Our breakfast was extensive and amazing, they offered bangers and bacon.

excellent access to parks and iconic attractions nearby
I loved that I could easily stroll to the beautiful Aviva Stadium which is just around 1.5 km away, as well as enjoy a quick walk to the National Museum of Ireland, less than 3 km from my room, allowing me to immerse myself in local culture at my own pace. Plus, the staff were super accommodating and friendly.

The staff really caters to our whole family by including our 3 year old in every thing. They even set up a small pallet for her stuffed animal. Our room was outstanding as well. The junior suite was perfect for the 3 of us. The half bath in the living area was a big plus.
No, everyone was very helpful and the accomodations were outstanding.

The atmosphere of the hotel was lovely and
The staff were attentive. The room was spacious and well-decorated, but I did encounter a few cleanliness issues that detracted from the overall experience. The breakfast had a great selection, though it could get crowded at peak hours.

The service always sets this hotel apart. I have returned with family and with a friend and I am always greeted and treated in a personal manner. We have always had a wonderful stay and the hotel itself is lovely. However it is the personalised service that keeps us coming back.
Only one minor suggestion. I stayed in a basic deluxe room this time but did still expect to be able to have complimentary nespresso coffee - there was one in the family room i stayed in on the previous stay (albeit a suite). The Westbury Hotel provides a nespresso machine in their most basic rooms.
